These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the Journ3y Digital Transportation Ecosystem. By using our platform, you agree to the following provisions:

I. Use of the Platform

Journ3y grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our AI-driven logistics tools. The platform must be used solely for legitimate transportation and logistics management purposes.

II. Intellectual Property

All software, proprietary algorithms, predictive AI models, data architectures, and user interface designs are the exclusive property of Journ3y LLC. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform’s predictive engines.

III. Accuracy of AI Predictions

Our ecosystem uses advanced predictive AI to optimize logistics. However, users acknowledge that ETAs and route optimizations are estimates subject to external variables such as extreme weather, infrastructure failures, or traffic incidents. Journ3y is not liable for delays caused by these uncontrollable factors.

IV. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information uploaded to the system, particularly regarding DOT/FMCSA compliance documents and cargo declarations.

V. Limitation of Liability

Journ3y LLC provides its digital ecosystem on an "as is" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and maximum data precision, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

VI. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
